Being a makeup artist without fail every client would ask me which brand does the best liquid lipsticks….My answer  every time is Huda Beauty! Not only do they come in a variety of shades, they must me the longest lasting liquid lipstick i have ever tried. Ive applied it at 8am, had lunch, copious amounts of coffee and occasional (frequent) snacking its still there!!! they do not budge. I would advise to use a lip balm first to prevent the lipstick from cracking but other than that these liquid lipsticks are amazing.

I love to mix these two shade to create a sexy nude lip!

Huda recently came released with her 3D highlighter palettes, pink sands for lighter complexions and gold sands for the warmer complexion. At first i didn’t want to buy the palette because i thought there was just way too much hype around it and who really has time to put four highlighters on their face? But i was wrong…. the hype was there for a reason. This palette is unique to other highlighter palettes because it has four shades that you blend together to give you a 3D glow.

Golden Sands Edition

Its set out in four easy steps, Prep, Set, Sculpt and flush. You don’t need to use them all at once but they are design to give you total gradient glow that just melts into the skin. The product is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way.

Textured Shadows Palette – Rose Gold Edition

I put off buying this palette for long time as i own so many palettes, loose pigments and glitters. So when i went to pick up some new liquid lipsticks i had to try it out. The great thing about this palette is that the shadows come in three textures,

  • Foiled
  • Pearl
  • Matte

The foiled shadow is densely packed pigment which is best applied with the finger. Pearl shadows are very creamy and easy to blend like the matte shadows which have a more velvety feel to them. The palette blends like a dream and contains very usable colours which make it the IT palette to have. The only issue i have is with the foiled shadow, there tends to be a lot of fall out which is a pain if you have sensitive eyes. Overall i love the palette! its definitely my go to and great for travel.

What do you guys think about Huda Beauty? I know i can’t wait to test out her new strobe liquid lipsticks.
